Shipping

Shipping is charged per order at our print partner's rate for the items you buy, shown on every product page and again in your cart before you pay. Orders arrive in 5–10 days. Every item is printed for you after you order, so there is a 2–5 business day production step before it ships.

Returns

Final sale — no returns for size or change of mind

Every item is printed when you order it, and Hammer & Nail Hardware does not accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.

Printing problems are always on us

If anything arrives misprinted, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or two. We will have it reprinted or refund you in full — whatever the shop’s returns policy, and at no cost to you.

How to start

Open the link in your order confirmation email and choose “Report a problem or start a return”. You can pick which items, tell us what happened, and add photos — and you will hear back by email.
